1. Shipping Coverage
We ship to 110+ countries/regions globally, including Australia, EU nations, U.S., Canada, and Japan. Remote locations (e.g., outback Australia, far-flung islands) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
- Hub Location: Orders ship from our East Brighton facility (10 Landcox St, East Brighton, VIC, 3187, Australia) or partner overseas warehouses.
- Timeline: 1-3 business days (Australia); 3-6 business days (EU/U.S./Canada); 5-9 business days (Japan/Asia) — customs clearance may add 1-2 days. Track via your Shopify order link.
- Protective Packaging: Keyboards are sealed in anti-static bags + foam inserts, placed in rigid cardboard boxes to shield switches, keycaps, and ports from damage.

4. Tracking & Support
