1. Choose What Information We Collect
  • Order & Shipping Data: Required to process purchases (e.g., delivering a mechanical keyboard) and send updates. Edit this anytime in your Shopify account settings.
  • Shopify Cookie Data: We use Shopify’s cookies to collect basic IP/browser info for site performance (e.g., remembering your wireless keyboard in the cart). Disable non-essential cookies in your browser settings (may affect checkout or switch type recommendations).
2. Control Marketing Communications
  • Opt-In/Opt-Out: We only send new keyboard models, switch care tips, or discount alerts if you check “agree to marketing” during Shopify checkout.
3. Access, Correct, or Delete Your Data
  • View/Edit: Log into your Shopify account or our store’s “My Account” page to check shipping addresses, order history, or contact details—update directly or email us for help.
  • Delete Account: Send a request to aisling.hammer@sleepmaster.com.au with your account/order number. We’ll delete your data within 3 business days (excludes mandatory tax/legal records per Shopify’s data retention rules).
4. Object to Data Use
If you believe we’re using your information improperly (e.g., sharing beyond shipping needs for an ergonomic keyboard), email us with details—we’ll review and respond within 2 business days.
